Scoville Food Institute Blog - First Post!!!

WOW! My first blog posting. I feel so creative yet I realize I am already 3 years past being innovative/trendy. 

Well, here at the Scoville Food Institute, we like to go slow and steady - we think long term. I just had to make sure this blog thing was going to be around a while, and well, here we are.

I am going back to finishing this page and getting our new credit card processing app working together. 

Then back to the test kitchen to create another new sauce for 2012. The salsas are coming along nicely and should be on our webstore by February or March.

Plus, we should have our Scoville Sauce-of-the-Month Club ready for the January launch!
